CAN I STOP BY AND SEE THE STUDIO?
Yes, please stop by anytime we are open and we will give you a quick tour.

WHEN CAN I START? 
We have ongoing enrollment, meaning you can start mid-month and tuition will be prorated accordingly. 

 

WHEN IS TUITION DUE? 
Tuition is due the first of the month; credit cards will be charged on the first of the month.

BILLING & PAYMENT
All tuition at Infinity Martial Arts is set up as automatic billing. Upon registering for a class, you will be asked to provide bank account information for electronic check transfer or credit card information for automatic credit card billing. Your payment will be automatically charged on the 1st of each month. 

IS THERE A SIBLING DISCOUNT?
No, but we are proud to offer 1-year agreements at a discounted rate. 

WHAT IS THE ENROLLMENT FEE?
There is a one-time enrollment fee of $100 due at the time of registering. The enrollment fee is only paid once. This helps with wear and tear on the equipment and keeps our studio clean and sanitized. 

CAN I TRIAL A CLASS?
You can schedule a private trial lesson with one of our instructors.

WHAT SHOULD MY CHILD WEAR TO CLASS?
They can arrive wearing athletic clothing and will be fitted for an official uniform ($50). All students wear their martial art uniform to class every day. We ask that long hair is pulled back and please take off jewelry and watches. Wash your hands and feet before and after class!

DO YOU ALLOW MAKE-UPS IF THEY ARE SICK OR OUT OF TOWN?
We do not prorate the month or allow make-ups if a student misses class. Sometimes we will offer additional classes, special events and seminars for our students on the weekends.

IS TUITION PRORATED FOR MISSED CLASSES? 
No, we will not prorate tuition for missed classes. 


ARE PARENTS ALLOWED ON THE FLOOR? 
Parents are not allowed on the floor at any time. Parents can watch classes from our lobby. We ask the parents to respect our rules and ask for assistance if they need to contact their child while in class. 

WHAT IS YOUR DROP POLICY?
We ask that families let us know by the 15th of the month if they would like to drop their membership. Just to clarify, they will still be billed if they do not let us know before the 15th.
